Firewalls and encryption are used to protect all data and our applications and databases have built in security that prevents unauthorised access, as well as electronic auditing to monitor authorised access.

Our data is securely stored in a Tier 1 Data Centre with no single point of failure and with a fully scalable world-class infrastructure. It is protected at the physical level by Security Guards that monitor all access points to the building, security cameras that continually monitor the entire facility, monitored alarms on all ingress points and card access technology that tracks and records all door entry and exit transactions. It is also protected by a fire-retarding system, temperature/humidity conditioned environment and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

Access to the computer room is controlled and the room is monitored by video surveillance 24/7, 365 days per year.

Data transactions during the day are logged so that a recovery can be made up to the last complete transaction before an outage.

Full daily backups to tape cartridge are made on a rotational basis and these backups are stored in secure locations.
